The Project under PHMI can be broadly classified into four categories Namely:

Technical Support: SHARE India - PHMI partners with State Government agencies to provide technical support in the form of skilled manpower who are placed as Technical Consultants in different components Click here to read more

Training: SHARE India- PHMI has a key goal of building organizational strengths through capacity building of program staff, managers, providing technical support and sharing information at different levels. PHMI through the activities listed below, aims to achieve above stated broader goal of building organizational as well as human capacity for strengthening systems for HIV programming primarily in Andhra Pradesh and beyond.

South–to-South: South–to-South collaboration opens avenues for professional advancement and growth to Public Health experts who cannot pursue international collaboration, perhaps due to limited resources or poor international relations.
