SHARE India- PHMI has a key goal of building organizational strengths through capacity building of program staff, managers, providing technical support and sharing information at different levels. Developing robust sustainable systems and sound manpower to manage them is essential and PHMI will focus on activities to address these two. Creating platforms for mutual sharing of information and ideas is an important task in this sector.
