A five day Management training for Project Managers of TI NGOs working with AIDS Prevention and Control Project (APAC) was conducted from 14 th – 18 th December 2009 at Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The training program focused on areas such as Project Management cycle, Developing Objectives, Log Frame, Documentation, Supportive Supervision and Soft Skills.

Apart from the regular didactic sessions, a one day field visit to 5 different Targeted Intervention NGOs was arranged for the participants. The field visit helped the participants in understanding the functioning of an NGO and helped them to put into practice the management concepts that were taught in the training.
